Energy Healing Immersions
My longer-form workshops offer an opportunity to go more deeply into a particular area of healing than we can during a regular live session.
These smaller group experiences may explore themes such as the nervous system, emotional wounds and completion, chakras, grief, fear, or particular layers of the energetic system. Depending on the offering, workshops may range from a few hours to a full weekend, with space between sessions for rest and integration.
Smaller workshops will generally be limited to 12–15 participants, allowing us to work within a more intimate group field.

For those who feel called to go deeper, I’m beginning to offer longer-form energy healing experiences designed to give us more time to stay with what arises.
These workshops and retreats create space to explore a particular theme more deeply than we can during a regular live session. We may work with childhood wounds, grief and emotional completion, fear, the nervous system, chakras, specific areas of the body, or other layers of the energetic system—allowing the work to unfold across multiple sessions with time for rest, integration, reflection, and community.
Much of my healing philosophy is rooted in staying. Rather than immediately moving away from what becomes uncomfortable, we practice remaining present with ourselves and allowing the body and energy system the time and support they may need to complete what was once interrupted or unfinished.
Some offerings may take place as larger, free community experiences on Insight Timer, while future workshops may be held in smaller groups to create a more intimate healing space.
Each gathering will have its own structure, focus, and length, but the intention remains the same: to create enough space for the work to deepen without rushing the process.
