About Me

I came to energy healing because, after years of suffering and searching, I still knew there were places within me that had never truly healed.

Over time, this work led me beneath the stories I had learned to tell about my childhood and into what my body was still carrying.

I began to understand energy blocks differently—not simply as something that needed to be cleared, but as emotional experiences that had been interrupted or left unfinished when I was young.

Fear that could never fully move.

Anger that could never be expressed.

Grief that had nowhere to go.

A voice that learned to disappear.

Survival responses that once protected me but continued long after the danger had passed.

Through energy healing, I began what I now call completion work: staying with these deeper layers and allowing emotional responses that had remained held in my system to finally move toward completion.

Some of the most significant healing of my life has come through meeting the trauma beneath my mother and father wounds—including fear, abandonment, humiliation, anger, grief, and an organizing childhood wound of emotional incest with my mother.

Naming that experience has been part of the healing itself—recognizing the emotional boundaries that were crossed and no longer carrying the silence that once surrounded them.

As those layers completed, something much larger began to change.

My nervous system changed.

The survival state that had organized so much of my life began to loosen. There was less internal fighting, less need to escape myself, and a growing capacity simply to be present.

Presence stopped being something I was constantly trying to practice and increasingly became something my system could actually sustain.

That experience has profoundly shaped how I understand healing today.

I don't believe healing is simply about changing our thoughts or becoming better versions of ourselves. Sometimes something inside us is still waiting to finish.

My work is about creating space for that completion—and learning to stay with ourselves while it happens.

Much of what I share here is only part of the story. On my blog, I write more openly about my own healing journey—the childhood trauma and wounds I’ve encountered, what it has meant to name experiences such as emotional incest, and the completion work that has allowed long-held emotional responses to finally move.
