Sessions via Zoom, please make sure to adjust your computer, tablet or phone so we are able to see each other to interact.
If the session is being held at your location, please make sure there is a chair available for me to sit. You can choose to either sit or lay down on your couch. Whatever feels more comfortable for you. If you choose to sit, please know, it is perfectly fine to choose to lay down during the session. Energy work can be very powerful at times and it's always appropriate to honor your needs and how you're feeling in the moment.
Some sessions I may require you to lay down, so please prepare your space in the event I may ask you so we are able to still interact.
If guided, feel free to smudge or cleanse your space and your energy field with sage or palo santo or any other cleansing tools that feels comfortable to you.
Distance Healing (via Zoom, computer, phone) is actually quite powerful. The greater the distance, the more powerful field we create to work with for healing to occur. You may find yourself quite amazed at how powerfully it works.
As a result of the Covid pandemic, many practitioners and clients took to Zoom to continue their healing work. Again, every-thing is energy, so it doesn't matter your geographical location. Please see my Client Testimonials from all over the world.
We start with an intake where you will let me know what you'd like to work on during this session and what may be going on for you either psycho-emotionally, physically or both.
We will start out with some breathing and grounding exercises. Experiencing subtle energy is different for everyone. You may feel tingly sensations, ascending/descending waves of energy, or bursts of energy. Strong emotions may also arise, which is quite normal. You may see lots of colors or shapes and certain people or situations may arise. You may also feel no subtle energy. However, if you don't feel anything during the Session, it does not mean that healing isn't occurring. It's important to remember that your Higher Self and/or Higher Source is always working in your best interests.
You may feel quite a bit once the Session has concluded. It's quite normal to yawn quite a bit or feel hot/cold. It means lots of strong emotions have risen up. You may have drifted off during the Session and awakened feeling quite refreshed and/or energized.
After we've disconnected from the Zoom call, it is recommended to slowly ease back into your present moment. Drinking some water and staying hydrated is also helpful. If you journal, it's a great idea to write down what you just experienced. It's also very important to remember that subtle energy can take up to 24-72 hours to work through your system. Try to notice how you're feeling and sleeping following your Session. You may feel quite amazed.
